Choose "Set Up as New Device" to create a brand new wallet. You'll be prompted to create a secure PIN code that will protect physical access to your device. Choose a PIN that only you know and can remember—never share it with anyone. This PIN is your first line of defense against unauthorized access to your cryptocurrency holdings.
During setup, your device will generate a unique 24-word recovery phrase. This phrase is the cryptographic master key to all your cryptocurrency assets. Write it down carefully on the provided recovery sheet in the exact order displayed. Store this recovery sheet in a secure, offline location—such as a fireproof safe or safety deposit box.
Critical Security Warning: Never take a photo, screenshot, or digital copy of your recovery phrase. Never enter it on any website or share it with anyone—including customer support, family members, or friends. CryptoVault will never ask for your recovery phrase. Anyone who has access to this phrase has complete control over your crypto. It is your sole backup and responsibility.
If you lose your device, this recovery phrase is the only way to restore access to your funds. Without it, your cryptocurrency is permanently lost. Treat this phrase as you would treat physical gold or cash—because it essentially is your digital wealth in text form.

Once your device is connected to CryptoVault Live, you can begin creating accounts for the cryptocurrencies you want to manage. Simply select the cryptocurrency from the list, install the corresponding app on your device if prompted, and create or restore accounts as needed. Each account is derived from your master recovery phrase, so you only need to backup once.
When you're ready to receive crypto, simply select the account in CryptoVault Live and click "Receive" to display your wallet address as a QR code or text string. You can share this address with exchanges, friends, or other wallets to receive funds. When sending cryptocurrency, enter the recipient's address, specify the amount, and review the transaction details carefully on your CryptoVault device screen. Always verify the address and amount shown on the device screen before confirming—this ensures no malware on your computer can tamper with the transaction. Once verified, approve the transaction on your device for maximum security. Never leave the device during a transaction to ensure complete security every time you transact.
